Organizzato dal Prof. Esoh Elame, al forum hanno partecipato diversi Studenti da diversi paesi europei. Arrivano dalla Germania, Belgio, Francia, Olanda, Danimarca, Cipro, Italia - di cui l'ASNOCRE e gli studenti africani di Verona sono rappresentanti.
Le rifflessioni portano sul coinvogimento degli organismi statali, Organismi internazionali, Organizzazioni non governative nel processo di ritorno degli Studenti africani sparsi dappertutto in Europa per dare un impulso allo svilupo dei propri paesi.

L'ASNOCRE rappresenta l'Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia al forum degli studenti africani in Europa che avrà luogo a Senigallia dal 18/06/2009 al 20/06/2009.
