DECALOGO DELLO ZIMINO ALLA SASSARESE
Niente di scritto si era fino ad oggi tramandato e l’antica memoria orale è purtroppo afflitta dalle inevitabili complicanze etiliche (imbriagheri ..) che per consuetudine accompagnano questi autentici eventi.
E’ perciò intenzione dell’Accademia l’avvio di una raccolta di testimonianze tra i suoi affiliati al fine di realizzare una ricostruzione più attendibile di quella che ora Vi offre.
1. STORIA E ATTUALITA’
Lo zimino Sassarese, da non confondersi con i vari piatti (per lo più a base di pesce) che portano lo stesso nome, è da sempre per i sassaresi molto più di una tradizione gastronomico-culinaria, molto più di una passione, molto più di una occasione di incontro e scambio. E’ una vera e propria religione, un credo, un valore intoccabile, un fondamento dell’etica. Eppure, qualcuno ha osato attentare a questa preziosa summa.
Risale ormai all’anno 2000 la scomparsa ufficiale dalle grabiglie sassaresi del “piatto nazionale”, reso illegale e non commercializzabile in seguito alle note vicende della “ mucca pazza ” .
Del leggendario “contrabbando” che a quanto pare caratterizza gli anni 2000, 2001 e seguenti, fino all’attualità, The Academy says solemnly not to know anything.
